I stopped in to have two tubes replaced, one was still on the bike, the other was not. I also asked to have both front and rear disc brakes adjusted. All of this was completed within about 15 minutes, and turned out very well. I appreciated not having to make a separate trip back to pick the bike up.

Mel and Marty were really helpful and very friendly! They answered all my questions and helped me determine which bike would be best for my needs. I was able to test ride the bike several times before making a decision and never felt rushed. I opted to buy a more expensive bike from Freewheel instead of another one I was considering primarily because of my positive experience with the staff there!
