My only suggestion is that when purchasing a new bike, there should be some document that the bike was tuned before pick up.
I had to take it to a closer bike shop in my neighborhood to inflate tires and adjust seat because seat was turning left and right.

Marty offered to take my bike off the rack and take the back wheel off even though he did not have to do this. That was very kind of him. He was also very efficient in repairing my tire and very kind in helping me work through a few solutions to some problems I am having riding my bike. This was a very pleasant experience. I was hesitant to go to the Penn Ave. location due to past experiences with Penn Cycle. I'm glad I was pleasantly surprised to have such good service, particularly because this location is so close to my house. Thank you for being a great resource. I really appreciate it.

Just a note that the store was out of all size 9 (women's) SPD cycling shoes at the RIchfield store. Hoping this will be restocked the next time I'm at the store. Otherwise, service rep was able to locate 1 of 2 headset bearings on the fly without having to special order. Good enough.
