Jamie, was a superstar. Knowledgeable, not pushy, pointed me in the direction I was needing, without upselling in a blatant way. The Roscoe I bought is fantastic and was an easy order and ship situation. I wasn't put off at all waiting and got what I wanted. Again, this is all Jamie. He stuck with me the whole time.

Staff worked together to assist us. We got checked in, our flat tire repair started, discussed bike parts and repair stands while repair occurred. This was done by four people working together. Excellent service every time we come in.

Good sales service

First time in the store. There is a wide variety of products in the shop. There is a bike to suit anyone's needs, from kids to adults, and anyone in between. Lots of accessories available, too. Almost anything you could think of, they had it.
