I came in looking for a solution to a lower back problem when biking. Ben (Penn Avenue) was absolutely fabulous in setting me up with flexible handle-bar extenders - as well as raising my seat to the appropriate height. He was patient, he was a great listener and - knock on wood - he solved a major problem. Thank you Ben!

went in for possible tune up. bike didn't need a full tune up so they just did what was needed. Saved me $$ and were super helpful and nice. great staff.

I came in to ask for help in picking out lights that would help me be seen from a distance and the person who helped me picked out great ones. He also helped me pick out a helmet and pump. I didn't have to spend a lot of money to get quality items and that also made me very happy.
