I had an excellent shopping and test ride experience in Richfield, leading to my purchase of a Trek Super Commuter + 7. I appreciated the information about it, as well as some comparable e-bikes. I was also impressed by the mechanical review of the bike and some of the subtle fitting adjustments. And the initial test ride sealed the deal pretty early in the process, I was able to ride it home to show my wife and then back in about 20 minutes. Thanks for the pleasant experience, I look forward to continuing as a customer as I had been with Penn Cycle in that location since 2002.
