Service is exceptional
I always expect that certain maintenance will take time and that I'll need to leave my bike(s) overnight. But the number of times where the employees will get things done on my bikes while I wait is way more than I expected. That is tremendous customer service and it goes a long way to solidifying my ongoing patronage in the future. In addition to that, I feel like I get quality information about the type of equipment I'm in the market to buy.
This was my first visit since Freewheel took over the Richfield location. I liked the vibe much better. The people working there seemed genuinely friendly -- no attitude. I'll be back.
