Awesome! Mel Cherry helped me pick out a tire pump and bike carrier for the car and looked at my bike to determine if it needed a tune up. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'll be back again soon because of her caring customer service. Thank you!

What do you like about our products and services?

Mel and Marty were really helpful and very friendly! They answered all my questions and helped me determine which bike would be best for my needs. I was able to test ride the bike several times before making a decision and never felt rushed. I opted to buy a more expensive bike from Freewheel instead of another one I was considering primarily because of my positive experience with the staff there!

I spend a lot of time at the Richfield shop, dealing with maintenance/performance issues with my 3 bikes purchased there last year. I try to be careful not to show up at the shop during busy times. I really appreciate, the personal attention I receive & the advise on new products available.

I stopped in to have two tubes replaced, one was still on the bike, the other was not. I also asked to have both front and rear disc brakes adjusted. All of this was completed within about 15 minutes, and turned out very well. I appreciated not having to make a separate trip back to pick the bike up.
