The employees are very nice and the services are done very quickly… no appointments are necessary.
Brake service was oversold and overpriced vs local repair shop down the road...stick with oil....
They were opened on time (went on a Sunday). They had me in and out in no time and the price was fair, a little high but I understand with prices going up. All in all happy with the service provided.
The manager is not friendly. Asked a question and he was kind of short with me.
I come here frequently and he is the only one with an aggressive personality.
Do not like comming to this location when he is on duty

On this visit, I had planned for a routine oil change and wheel rotations. The team inspected my car and determined that I needed front-end brakes. It was a tough and expensive decision, but safety comes first. I like that the service manager showed me the condition of the brakes.
I have trusted this Jiffy Lube for more than 20 years to help maintain my cars. I live 55 minutes from the store, but continuity means a lot to me, no matter the distance.

They are very professional people. They are kind and courteous and try to service your car as quickly as possible. If you pull up the wrong coupon they will tell you and give you a complimentary coupon. This is why I come here.
They are always friendly, fast and efficient. Been going to this same location for over 10 years and I've always had a great experience. I would highly recommend!

I am really upset that a cabin filter cost 49 bucks when you can buy it online for less than 25 bucks. The market up price is too much. Putting air in tires is actually more work than replacing a cabin air filter. It should not cost double labor to put it in.

I was not able to use 3 different coupons I downloaded from YOUR website. Also, I never received my receipt that should have been emailed. I need this to turn in for my expense report.

I have been coming to jiffy lube for years. I always Go to the same one in pasadena maryland. I've had three separate issues i'm done. First one when they change the fluid they lost my engine shrewd. Second Time I got an old change and they said that I need breaks. 10 days ago I got new brakes put on in my mechanic said the old ones were fine but I told him to replace them anyway because I will be towing a new boat that I have just bought. So I went to jiffy lube today to get an old change and was told that I need breaks. I told the mechanic there I just put brakes on the car ten days ago and he said i'm sorry I must have been looking at them from an angle. This is bull taking advantage of people telling they need service is illegal. It's bad enough i'm out of a couple hundred bucks for an engine shrewd But the thought of how many people are getting manipulated by this place seconds me.
Workers gave a friendly greeting quickly. I was informed about everything with my car. My discount coupon was accepted. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Workers were professional and pleasant.
They lied that they changed my oil but how can fresh oil be dark and they said they vacuum the car. But they didn’t
