Good customer service. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I take all of my vehicles to Jiffy lube for my oil changes and top offs. I like them because they get you in and out. They explain and go over your vehicle and tell you what they recommend .

I like 30 mins from this location and will always try to make time to come back!! From the time I pull up to the time right before taking off, it's calming. Nothing major, but the feeling of everything is in place and things are running smoothly that makes me feel at ease and in good hands with my car, my lively hood!!

What could we do to improve?

Although Jiffy Lube prides itself on its "jiffiness" or speed in service, sometimes the technician's hastiness causes quality to be overlooked. I have continued to use this location due to its convenient location, but have experienced uneven air pressure in my tires, valve caps not properly tightened, and once even missing - but didn't have time to complain.
