The people are friendly, respectful and courteous. They do their best to assist you with what need. The place is clean and comfortable in the waiting area. I like Jiffy Lube because they can assist me with my car which need repair, replace and check. I don't have to go to different businesses to have work done on my car, Jiffy Lube does it all. I'm comfortable with Jiffy Lube service.

There were extra charges on my last oil change that I did not agree with and the explanation given was very weak and did not hold merit. I wrote to the location but have not heard back.
I am a customer at the Glen Burnie location- I had to go to the Millersville location to check my AC and they were all wonderful! Found the part and fixed it in 3 hours. I am a loyal and happy customer 😊❤️
