Friendly folks and GREAT service.
Technicians failed to properly secure the undercarriage after service. I had to miss an entire shift of work to come back the next day and get this addressed and night manager did not offer any compensation or even an apology for the poor work, and would not provide a written verification of the issue. i do not have the time or ability to return a third time to speak to the store manager, nor should I have to.
The least you can do to make things right is a prompt refund and empower you staff to fully address customer concerns at time of service.

I didn’t get a new sticker in my windshield for my next oil change, my tire pressure was either not addressed or not filled correctly, my windshield was not cleaned even though the coupon said it would be. On my last visit the oil level on the screen wasn’t updated and I needed to take it to another location to be reset.

I was surprised by how quick it was. I was expecting the "normal" 45 minutes or so that it takes to change the oil in my car. I barely had time to sit, and it was done. I would say I was in their office no longer than 15 minutes. All the gentlemen there were very courteous and helpful.

Loved how quick and transparent they were. The only small downside is that when I got in my car, it smelled like weed. I know people can smoke before work or smoke a cigarette while at work, but that was the only downside. Pricing was appropriate also.
Not able to rotate tires, machine is broken. Repairs are supposed to be on Monday
