How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I was settling my bill, the manager/tech went over what had been done to my car besides an oil change and oil filter change. I was told that the oil levels were good upon arrival and it wasn't dirty, meaning I had no leaks. I asked if the techs had been able to get the dipstick out(a previous visit elsewhere resulted in it being unable to be removed) since the checklist stated all fluids had been checked. I was told that the techs had not mentioned anything about being unable to remove it. Later, when my partner checked, he was unable to remove it. Now, I wonder if my oil was even changed. Or the filter was changed.
The floors were supposed to have been vacuumed but I know they were not as I found half a piece of toast on the floor that I had given my daughter that morning, along with other dirt debris.
I was also told that my lights had been checked and were all good. I know this was not true as my top brake light had been out for several days and was next to be done on my list. However, I got the light bulb but did not have time to change it before I left for the ocean that evening. That cost me a repair ticket from the Cambridge police.
I won't even bother with the rest of the list since I already fail to trust your service center and will not be recommending it, nor will I be coming back. But you can look forward to a negative review on Yelp with these statements and a report to the BBB.

Quick, friendly service. I brought a coupon I received in the mail, but it had expired the day before, so they found and applied a coupon to my bills that the system would accept. I appreciated that effort that maybe someone else would have left it at sorry your coupon doesn't work.

They always do a good job. They don’t try to sell you something if you don’t need it. The rugs were all vacuumed. Unfortunately the windows had not been cleaned. That is the first time in over ten years that I have ever had that happen. No big thing. I was just surprised.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The air filter box was left unlatched and open. They didn't even remove the air filter. They brought out the cabin filter which was obviously clean as I had recently replaced it. I usually change my own oil but didn’t have the time because I was traveling. The price is excessive and I won’t likely return.

Professional, clear pricing and quality options for my 2014 oil change with some burning oil issues. Got a quote for spark plug change out and will likely return after my trip for the 2.2hour job. Quality service & quality staff from entering to mechanical review to check out!

Louisville the manager has been there a long time. Seeing a familiar face each time make me comfortable with this jiffy lube because you build a relationship with the business, that small town feeling and anything that comes up Lou will be there.
