I went for an oil change and realized a brake light was out. To save time I figured just have them change it when they do the oil change. When I went to pay I noticed they charged me $56 in labor to change a break light. That’s more than the oil change. Are you kidding me. It takes 5 minutes to change the light. Asked to talk to the manager and he said that’s the correct charge and walked away. To charge $56 to change a break light is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve taken my 3 cars to Jiffy lube for 20+ years and have had a light changed before. Never was the labor $56. I will make sure everyone I know finds out that this location takes advantage of people and to make sure you ask the labor cost. It’s not listed on the board only the cost of the part. Guess I should have know a 5 minute job would be $56. Guess they get paid $5,000 an hour.

The customer service manager was very courteous. I was walked through the vehicle services needed & estimates before receiving service and the wait wasn't long.
For one it was very expensive! I’ve been going there for years! They didn’t even Clean my windows or vacuum! But the people are very friendly as always!
The staff is efficient, cordial and respectful. The manager does a good job keeping them focused. Coupons and reasonable prices.

The mechanics were very straight forward and efficient and even vacuumed my car for me while changing my oil!
I had my fleet manager being my car in for an oil change and there were no issues with my vehicle beforehand. Less than 15 mins leaving the location my check emissions system light comes on while driving. I had him take it to Jiffy Lube in Laurel, MD and upon inspection of the car engine they informed me that the air intake line appeared to be cut causing excessive oxygen to get in the line. Again, the car had no issues and was just inspected to pass MD state inspection. I truly believe something was done to my vehicle while servicing it at this location in Millersville, MD.
