What could we do to improve?

Reset the oil data on the vehicles.. kinda sucked when wife got in her SUV and oil warning light was still on..had to show her the receipt to prove i actually did take it and have oil changed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I asked them to change a headlight and they charged me for labor and said they replaced it and it wouldn't work. Said there was no power to it.
That was all false, bulb was blown and not changed. There was power to everything, bulb just needed to be replaced. The old bulb was touched as fingerprints were all over it and your not suppose to touch the bulb.
I was charge $140 for labor and nothing was done for this.
Very disappointed!
All fluids were not filled, coolant still low.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Like six months ago I was there with my van for oil change. I seen on the invoice a charge of 4 quarts of coolant. If my van was 4 quarts of coolant low I would burn the engine, I would have low coolant indicator when would be 2 quarts low not 4 quarts low. I returned with the invoice, and I asked for refund. They said they can't do it but I will get $15 discount next time. Next time when I get there, when I asked for my money back, I also had a !5% coupon and they said that I can't get the money back because they can honor one offer at the time. Yesterday I went for oil change and I was paying attention to the charges and I ask the employee about the charges. The employee started to argue with me that anytime when I am coming for oil change, I am complaining about the charges. I explained to him that I didn't complain all the times and I complained only when I was charged with four quarts of coolant. I explained to him that I have the right to ask why I am charged how I am charged anytime I consider something is not right and his duty is to explain to me without being frustrated and nervous any charge in the bill. I didn't like his attitude and Jiffy Lube lost me as a customer with that. Just check in the past how many quarts of coolant they charged me any time I was there for oil change. As long I complaint yesterday after 6000 miles there was not need of coolant, previous time the same, the other time before the previous time I was charged with 4 quarts of coolant and then every other time they charged me for coolant refill. How is that possible and year ago I was all the time low in coolant, then after complain, I drove 10000 miles and my coolant level was OK? My van is Chevy Express 2500.
