The Pasadena Jiffy Lube on Ritchie Highway always greets us with smiles and they are very professional. We have been very pleased since our former automotive service changed hands and we were not happy with the new management. Thank you.

I’m always given the best care at my Pasadena Jiffy Lube center. This time it was especially wonderful to be shown by one of the mechanics that a radiator hose is weaker than it should be, and that I need to replace it. The people there are always kind and thoughtful.

I was in last week for an oil change and for the first time I was disappointed. I was not asked if I need anything else, ( I needed new wiper blades ) They never put air in my tires ( the low tire light was on ), washed the windows, or vacuumed the floor. I had to reset the computer for the next oil change!

I was supposed to get a $15.00 dollar discount from the coupon I had. I showed the young man the coupon on my phone. That was not incorporated within my bill. I did not notice this until the next day once I overlooked my receipt. I was disappointed because I told the young man ahead of time and he reassured me it would be taken off. This had me thinking maybe I should have gone to Valvoline which is right down the street from my home because I also had a coupon for them as well. In the back of my mind I was wondering would they have applied my discount correctly. Food for thought Jiffy Lube. I was not happy to hear that my information was wiped from the database. 16 years of information. I didn't know what kind of oil was last used. I wasn't happy. Technical issue, staff and work were great.
