I wanted to get regular oil and was strong armed into the blend which was more expensive in the end. upset.

Customer service yesterday was prompt engaging. Everyone was friendly. Not one associate/mechanic presented themselves as uninterested, bother, unprofessional as thought me the customer was interrupting their (the customer service professional 's) day. I was impressed and please. That is what I liked about my visit on yesterday.

I felt welcome once I arrived and the staff were ready to assist me with what I needed. The staff were respectful, knowledgeable and willing to assist me. The place was clean and relaxing. They informed me of the total price of what I needed before dong the job. I really appreciated it.

I’m writing to let you know of the excellent customer service. I received today at your Jiffy Lube location in Glen Burnie. This was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube, let alone any business such as this. I’ve never had to do this before. My husband passed away last summer, and as you can guess , this was one of “his jobs“. Now, out of necessity, I’m finding myself learning a lot of new things and that’s hard at my age. I’ve had some people rip me off big-time recently, but as they say, live and learn. I wish every time I had to do something new I would run across people like the people I ran into today at Jiffy Lube.…. life would be a lot easier. Their names were Melinda and Heath.

I am a veteran and asked about a veteran’s discount. I was given a discount of about $32 dollars off my $1100 bill. Not really feeling it.
The technician told me about 2 hours, but the actual time to complete the work was more than double that.
The technician did not look professional. I get that the job is dirty, but holes in the clothes is pushing it.
I would like a confirmation that there is a veteran discount, and if I am owed a bigger discount, then I would like a credit to be applied to my account. I would like better estimates from the techs on how long the work will take. I am okay with dirty employees, but they should not look homeless.

The people at the jiffy lube were really professional really welcoming and very warm. The speed with which they changed my oil and cleaned the floorboards of ny car. overall, it was really impressive and they were just really really really nicr and kind..
