I expect a review of services that were recommended and what was done. I didn't recieve any of that until I had to ask. It was slow and I've been there so I'm not sure what happened. I didn't notice them recalling that with some other people either.
Everything. This is one of the most professional group of people that you could meet. They are consistently going above and beyond their normal support to take care of customers. It is also amazing that regardless of the new workers that arrive, the culture never changes. This is a sign of very good leadership and training.

I asked for tire rotation, and i was told they were unable to do so because my lug nuts were rusted? I think. When I asked where I could get that fixed, the guy didn't really know what to tell me, so that was a little disappointing.
The customer service and hardly had a wait time.
I come to this Jiffy Lube in Severn because of the customer service. I trust the way the serviceman maintained the care of my car. However, on this visit it felt different, there were some distractions and not fully attentive to the customers.
Overall, the quality of service was good. The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. I will continue to come to this location for my car service.
