I felt like they took advantage of me because I was female. I wasn’t sure what services they were trying to add on but the insisted I needed them which brought my total up significantly. They also stated they aired up all of my tires and placed a sticker in my windshield which was not the case as I had to air up 3 of my tires the next day. I usually am a fan of jiffy lube this location was just not my favorite

Staff is always very courteous and quick. I do feel like I was trying to be up-sold on some services. But overall had a great experience. Continuously go to this location even after moving and being closer to a different Jiffy Lube.
At beginning of this year your mechanic didn't tighten the oil filter causing me to have to take my car to a different mechanic to fix the oil leak.

Speedy and friendly service
The employees are A+. I’m from out of town and to be honest - I wasn’t thrilled about going to Jiffy Lube bc the ones in my hometown aren’t the best. I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of everyone at this facility. They were quick and thorough and the pricing was very good as well. I am back and forth between NY and MD for work and family, and for sure plan on getting my next oil change in MD at this location.
I know the economy is out of control but to pay $90 for an oil change is ridiculous. 5 quarts of oil and an oil filter costs about $35 retail and I'm certain it's less than that for a nationwide chain like yourself because you buy in bulk. Had I known up front the cost I would have gone elsewhere. I have used your service in the past and I always believe you get what you pay for. But this is borderline taking advantage of an out of control economy. I'm sorry but you lost my business.
