I love this location. Always quick, straight to the point, good price, and the technicians always give me helpful information on how I can improve my car without me feeling like they are recommend unnecessary repairs for more money. Love them!!!

Been to several Jiffy Lube’s and this one by far has the best customer service. I actually bypass two closer locations to where I live to get my vehicle serviced at the Millersville, MD location.

Costs, and attempt to up-sell services. I had a need at the time, and willingly consented to the cost due to short window. Not something I would routinely do because tere are equal, if not better services available at a lower cost.
