The friendliness , the knowledge of my car.
I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube in Annapolis for years now and I have always been satisfied with their service. This last trip I made was to have my tires rotated and my brakes checked. I’ve had this done several times on my vehicle before but this time they charged me $65.00 for a brake inspection. I don’t think that’s fair since my tires were already off for the rotation. I left there feeling like I got ripped off.

They did a great job and showed and explained everything to me.
Servicing vehicle is A+, however the customer should get there vehicle back the way it was turned over to the mechnic. I should not have grease prints all over my seats, door handles (Inside/Outside) of vehicle. Level of care for customer vehicle needs to be taken into consideration thats all.
Website says hours begin at 7am, but you don't open until 730am Please correct the website
Please coach your Laurel team members to ensure that caps are placed back on car equipment prior to released car back to customer.. Went to Laurel, MD Jiffy Lube on 4/28 for the $49 ac testing. Unfortunately they were unable to determine the ac issue but when going to alternative mechanic, they found cap sitting at front of engine when they opened hood. they also shared that they had a poor experience where the top to his engine was lost when he had work done at same location awhile back.
Customer service is great but is insignificant when things are t handled properly.

The people were very friendly and helpful in guiding what I needed to do. On my way out, they noticed that my brake light was out and were able to fix it for me very quickly.

Good customer service by the manager?
My passenger doors will not automatically open. When done manually, it will not open but somehow I managed to finally. I checked the child locks but it did not resolve the issue. I think it happened as the technician prepared to vacuum. Please contact me via email.
