Due to maintenance light I came in and had oil change and anything else needed. After oil change and checking things, staff from Jiffy Lube could not turn off warning light. It has been a few days already. They did not seem to know how to, in my opinion.

I’m disappointed of how no one followed protocol my tires doesn’t have the same psi or the right amount of air in them or how the team says they vacuum your vehicle mines wasn’t done.. Lies and laziness with good customer service.

My car was finished, brought around to the side and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked out and only when I went forward to ask about check out.

I noticed that your salesperson took time to sit down with two white women and discuss everything service detail needed for their cars. Me a black man was not I repeat was not given the same common courtesy when it came to discussing what was needed for my vehicle. The last time I had a cabin filter sitting on the front seat of my vehicle and they gladly installed it no charge. This time they tried to charge me $39 to install my own cabin filter. I thought that was ridiculous. So I will not be going back to that particular location ever again. Matter of fact I have instructed my entire family and my church family not to use that location ever again.
