I went in for an oil change last week and they looked at my air filter as well, but ever since then, there has been a very loud humming/rattling noise when I turn the AC on. I called Jiffy lube multiple times but no one answered. I would love if someone could fix this issue that was clearly caused by one of the emplat jiffy lube. Thank you so much

Great Teamwork! It was quite a wait (mishap) with the vendor delivering the rotors ordered for my car. There was no worries for me because the customer service was quite friendly, caring and courteous, especially Rasheed S. I also feel comfortable with the brake work performed on my car by Jason S. I appreciate your service.

The service technician broke my Ford Maverick glove box when removing the air filter (which I didn't ask for). I have 17K miles on the vehicle.
He didn't tell the service manager, who didn't tell me. When I asked for a refund for the oil change, he refused.
I had to escalate to get the service manager to commit for paying to replace the damage, but he refused to put it in writing. He also refused to tell me the name of the technician who pulled the filter out (could have been him for all I know). I have photographs of the damage and the manager. He told me to contact the general manager and also refused to give me the name of the district manager or counsel for Jiffy Lube. Lots of excuses and ZERO customer service. He literally told me this was "an honest mistake" and if the technician didn't want to be held accountable for the damage, he would have concealed the broken parts that were on the floor mat under the damaged glove box.
