Friendly staff and efficient service
This location does an amazing job and I could not be more pleased with the service. The only downside from my most recent visit was waiting for a part before they could complete the work. My wait time was over 2 hours. I understand this was contributed to the delivery of the part still I don’t blame them, however the company making the delayed delivery should be held accountable for the delay.

My case : I request for sending me quotation for Spark Plug of 4 cylinders replacement + oil change, if the price is ok for me then I will come back Jiffy lube next month , but Jiffyluff staff request to charge me usd50 for this quotation.
I think this quotation will be chance for both Jiffy lube and me to continu for next time service, but apply charging me usd 50 for this tentative quote, is it reasonable or not ?

Everyone was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The mechanic made recommendations that need attention but never pushed my decision.
Everyone there is friendly and understanding. Even if I just need air in my tires or top off my oil, they do it and never make me feel I am a bother to them.
It was my birthday and everyone wished me a happy birthday. Thank you for having my back in keeping my 2006 Toyota on the road!
After paying 400 for oil change had to take car to dealership my induction system destroyed by this visit cost me 600 more dollars

Everytime I have my car serviced the tire pressure is never set properly or at all. when I got into my car after servicing it the day before all of my tires were not set to 35 and the low air light was on. and it states that they were checked and air pressure was set. and clearly it wasnt done.
