I had a coupon code for 1/2 off and it was not honored. I showed the code and showed that it was from Jiffy Lube the woman said we don't do no half off. Did not even read or try to assist me with any other coupon possibly nor did she get a manager or attempt my code. But I was able to find a $10 off coupon to use. The men at this location are usually friendly.

I received a coupon for Jiffy Lube via mail. I have been using Jiffy Lube for several years now. I was told the coupon would not be honored. I asked if they could scan for a check engine light on my vehicle. I was told they could. When I left, I forgot to ask about it. Apparently it had not been checked. It was a very disappointing visit, considering I spent around $240 dollars on other services this visit (tire rotation, cabin and air filters, in addition to my oil change). I may need to find another oil change shop for my future needs. This was Monday, late morning, and the shop was not particularly busy.
