Short and sweet
Great service and everyone was so helpful !!!!! I will be back in a week or so for my oil change.
The staff on the front line need better customer service training. This is a place where customers want to feel secure leaving our vehicles under the care of the staff. You don’t have to be overly friendly but customer service one on one is simply greeting the customer and tending to the needs of a paying customer. Being rude and disrespectful to customers is unacceptable and is highly frowned on. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE.
I went to get an oil change and they didn’t change my filter claiming that there were bolts in the way, but when I took it somewhere else they changed the filter no problem. And then they tried to charge me full service price when they didn’t even do the full service, because they never changed the filter.
Tech was very knowledgeable and made sure to advise me on all my delinquent services.
Efficient and friendly service
The staff is always courteous and professional at the Annapolis West Street location. They're all very knowledgeable of their products and services. Wait times are reasonable ad the environmet is welcoming. This place comes highly recommended!

Very professional & efficient.
The fluid I needed wasn’t in stock, (understandable as I couldn’t find it myself either) so the crew located it at another nearby location and got it there and in to my vehicle exceptionally quickly. I appreciated this as they could’ve just asked me to go to another location on my own.

Serviced 4wheel drive light and charged me $134.99, took five minutes and then told me I still have to go to a mechanic to reset my dash light. Very disappointed

I like that it was both timely and cost effective.
These guys are awesome. They find things that other Jiffy Lube centers just don't. At the last visit, the technician alerted me to a screw that was in my tire, apparently for a long time but wasn't leaking air. We talked about it and decided it was best to leave it in there. The time before that, they told me about my cabin filter which hadn't ever been changed (100k miles on the truck) and was never even mentioned at other Jiffy Lubes or the dealer. This will be my go-to spot for oil changes from now on. Well done.
Nice and clean
The facility was clean. The personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very quick and efficient. They explained all details of the service. They showed me the filters and recommended that I did not need to change them. They were very patient. They did not try to sell me extra services. They found light problems that I was not aware of and fixed them. The man at the front desk was outstanding in every way. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. In a time when trust is hard to find, I trust this Jiffy Lube service center.

My recent visit to JL for my regular oil change was great as always. I was in and out and received great service.
I have been using this Jiffy Lube location exclusively for years now. The team here is always incredibly competent and give me their expert opinion regarding what I need and don't need for my car. Whenever I ask them about something they recommend, they always give me a very thorough explanation of why I may need it and if I can realistically skip over it for next time.
The young lady tech was pleasant, and knew her job and was helpful. No complaints.
