Outstanding customer service from begining to end. The manager was exceptional, knowledgeable, and he provided a detailed explanation of the services I needed to consider to have my car running at an optimal level. Moreover, the JL technicians were efficient and the service provided to my car was thorough.
The waiting area was clean and the offerings of tea, coffee and a few snacks were appreciated. It was truly a top notched experience, which was provided under 45 minutes - even with a number of customers in front of.
Again, a beyond 10 rating!!!
Quick service. Only issue is they didnt reset my oil gauge. Friendly staff and reasonable prices!
Very efficient; in & out in under 30 mins for an oil change, tire rotation, & filter replacement (plus the vacuuming!); very polite and professional attendant (I believe his name is Charles). I've been going to the Laurel Jiffy Lube for many years & have never had any kind of negative issue whatsoever!

Poor service rush job didn't perform any of the services I thought Jiffy lube was famous for such as vacuum, windows cleaning, fluid check buy instead tried to sell me more repair work such as brake job I came for the signature oil change I normally get ,I bring all my vehicles here but this was my last time very disappointing experience

Even though I could have paid less for my oil change at the dealership, I trust Jiffy Lube Annapolis and prefer to give them the business. They are always courteous, fast and offer no pressure, good service.

Great service in a timely manner
I come to Jiffy Lube for convenience even though it seems expensive. I am probably atypical, but I would never use a Jiffy Lube for other service. I have a mechanic for that. So, when I come there, the people make offers for additional service that I'm not going to accept no matter what (my mind is made up before I arrive). To be fair to them, I tell them on arrival "Just the oil change, please, I don't want anything else." Nonetheless, they always bring me a dirty oil filter or show me interval services that might be needed. When I again tell them, "No thanks," they often have more to say, such as, "Our price is hardly more than the cost of one of these filters." You must really incentivize those folks to upsell customers, because they are trying VERY hard!
It's the strong-arm tactics that turn me off. I guess that works on some people, but not me. You need to teach listening skills and basic social cues to your employees if you want me to say good things about your shop. I'll keep coming back, but I'm not willing to say you treat me well. I hope this helps. You can contact me if it would help you in some way, but don't bother if you hope to change my mind by talking. If you want me to change my opinion about you -- fix what's broken. Thanks.
