Had new tires installed and when I got on the highway the front end was vibrating like never before. Doesn’t seem like the tires were balanced properly.
Although it looked like the staff was preparing to leave for the day. I was greeted when I pulled up and everyone was attentive to my needs. I am experieicing an issue with my vehicle where there was a message coming up on mu board and one of the staff members was even nice enough to tell me what the message was in reference to.

The staff was very professional and I was in and out within 15 minutes.
My Oil change and tire rotation was less then 20 minutes.
Efficient
I brought my husband's car in for oil change...got the rear brakes done too and air filters ...whoever replaced air filters didn't put everything back in the glove box ...left stuff on the floor and seat... I brought it in with perfectly inflated tires and left with 33 lbs(apparently he didn't feel like adding air in that tire) in front right passenger and 40 lbs in the other 3 and had to stop and fix the air pressure bc it just kept rising and everytime I hit a bump in the road the car scared me ...so 425 dollars later I'm at a gas station getting dirty and dealing with that....just unreal..
The service was friendly and I love that Jiffy Lube still vaccuums my car!

I called on the phone and asked wait time for my oil change. I was told about 20 minutes. It took almost an hour. I indicated the type of oil I wanted, and they misled me and tried to upsell me.
The manager is very professional. My time is tight, they move fast.
