The technician who was assigned to service my vehicle said "good morning" and said it in a very genuine way. I believe his name was James. He was attentive, knowledgeable, he listened, he wasn't pushy, he was professional and just overall pleasant. The service itself was conducted in a timely manner. I didn't see anyone lagging or holding unnecessary conversations, which generally happens and slows production down. I hope the service I received wasn't a one time deal because I'm actually planning on returning to follow through on the recommendations.

Someone entered my glove compartment and left items out. I don't know why that was necessary.
Had problems with two other Jiffy Lubes. Haven't had a problem with this one yet. I rotate Jiffy Lubes after I experience service that is "unacceptable" in a given store. The problems experiences with the previous represent a total lack of professionalism and had I pursued, responsible management would have been reprimanded (but not this one)

My oil change price went from $54. to $80 and change in 3 months time.
Upon pulling up to jiffy lube, I requested an oil change and checking of the battery as I was told at my previous oil change that it needed to be replaced. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was called over to go over the initial assessment of my vehicle. The tech did not mention anything about the battery and I had to again ask that they check the battery. After an additional 10 minutes they called me over again and advised that it did need to be replaced.
Multiple people who came in after me had their cars serviced and completed before mine (one lady mentioned how quick the service was when I’d been waiting for over an hour at that point). 
After waiting an hour and 20 minutes I got my car back and paid for the oil change and battery replacement. 
Once getting back in the car, the floor mats were not reattached to the buttons after being vacuumed (a safety hazard if I were to not have noticed and it got lodged under the gas or brake pedal). The glove box was also not reattached correctly after being removed to check the cabin air filter. I did not notice that until I was home and had to figure out how to get that reattached. Additionally, the windows were very streaky and dirty after they were “cleaned”. 
An email follow up would be fine.

Lost my phone charging pad in a white box that was in my glove compartment. Just change my oil and not my filter when I say all I want is an oil change.

By posting the actual cost of services, both on-line and in your shops. Don't know why many businesses like yours don't practice this anymore. In addition - the service checklist on the invoice would generally note items completed, when in essence, they haven't. I consider myself an honest person and expect it to be reciprocated, especially when doing business.

I would definitely like a phone follow up Phone number removed. I came in yesterday a little after noon. I got all my services and my bill was a little over $300. After I checked in, a 10% off coupon was sent to me at my work email. But of course I was in the Jiffy Lube waiting room, not reading work email at the time, so I paid the full price. When I got back to reading work email, I found the coupon, which says it expires on 9/30. I immediately called Jiffy Lube and explained the situation. I asked if I could be credited with the 10%. The person who answered the phone consulted the manager there, and returned to me saying that they were about to close but if I came in at 7:30 this morning, I could have my invoice re-worked and receive the 10% off. This morning I got to the Jiffy Lube at 7:30 and it was a different manager. He said he could NOT give me the $30 credit. I am really disappointed in Jiffy Lube. I feel like I was sent the coupon as soon as I checked into the place, which pretty much guarantees that I won't be able to use it. I would like to receive the $30 credit.
