Good job all around
My recent visit to JL for my regular oil change was great as always. I was in and out and received great service.
I have been using this Jiffy Lube location exclusively for years now. The team here is always incredibly competent and give me their expert opinion regarding what I need and don't need for my car. Whenever I ask them about something they recommend, they always give me a very thorough explanation of why I may need it and if I can realistically skip over it for next time.
It was fast & easy great recommendations for upkeep on my vehicle

I have going to the Beltsville Jiffy Lube for approximately twenty-five years with about five or six vehicles and the service has been relatively excellent. But last week, I got the feeling that the technicians were trying to perform a service that was not necessary. I just got my brakes done about three weeks ago, but they wanted to recommend the service until I mentioned I just had the brakes done. And of course they change their recommendation to say I did not need the service. Not sure what that was about.
Lower prices. It does not cost 45 usd to rotate tires or the crazy price to flush in injectors

The staff were uniformly polite and efficient. Kept me informed throughout the process. I've used this branch yearly for the last decade . Never a problem. I make myself comfortable in the waiting room, get informed of everything they do before they do it, and am done and out of there quickly. VERY efficient operation. KUDOS

I'm usually very well satisfied and come to this location regularly, but this time, not so much. Do you all not vacuum and clean the interior dashboard anymore with the oil change? Definitely wasnt done. Also, they gave me the wrong sticker for the next oil change reminder. Apparently I don't need another oil change for the next 60,000 miles.
I was very pleased with the service however, it took a little time longer than I expected, but overhaul I was very satisfied

My driver side floor mat was covered with greasy oily footprints! Any employee took my car away and cleaned it for me but I had to drive away with a wet mat.
Oily hand prints all over my hood.
My back seat floor was not vacuumed.
Been coming to this Jiffy Lube for many many years, basically since it opened in Clarksville.
I have had 7 different family vehicles serviced there in that time. Twice over the years the technicians broke something in the car. They were accidental events that were forgivable because the manager was so apologetic and ready to remedy.
This time, however, it was just a sloppy job and I got the sense that the technicians working on my car just didn’t care. Even though the manager/greeter was polite and courteous, I could definitely see the difference in the quality of work on my car.
Don’t see how I can trust this shop anymore.
They provide great service and get you in and out quickly.

My cat was brought in for an oil change. When we pulled out it was making a noise on the right front passenger side. We went down Rt 56 a mile and the noise continued. We decided to take it back since that had never occurred before. The manager looked it over and went for a ride with us to hear the noise, which he did. We returned to the garage where we waited for about 14 minutes. He came out and said he couldn’t find anything although he heard the noise as we drove with him. Nothing was done except to tell us to take it to a repair shop. Have been unable to do that so the car is sitting. We would not return for another oil change (although have had several changes there in the past) nor would we recommend anyone else to do that. The manager was very polite but the car had never made the noise until the completion of the oil change which was $96, I believe. Very disappointing .

I’ve been going to the same Jiffy Lube for a year now and never had an issue until now. One of the workers was very rude when I asked was my service a top off or oil change. She proceeded to say in a nasty way “ we already told her what it was”. As an associate, that’s not the way you respond to a customer with a question. She also had the nerve to be smoking a cigarette while under the working bay and on the clock… TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be going back to the Jiffy Lube on Saint Barnabas Road in Temple Hills MD. The sad thing is… there was other staff there and no one corrected her. It looked as if that’s the way they do business. Unprofessional!!!
The representative did not want to service my car when I come get an oil change and brake offen.
