What did you like about your recent visit?

I've been going to this location on West St in Annapolis the last couple years and honestly sincerely like the prompt and polite customer service with the guys at the desk ( Greg especially and also the other gentleman super great! ). Mostly I like the fair prices and gentle recommendations, not pushy.. but just right. The pit crew seem to be very good too. Thanks i plan to return definitely again!

Ok so the team members did a excellent job far as letting me know what they were doing and had to be done and in a timely manner I really appreciate the young man I'm sorry I didn't get his name, so next time I will and I'm telling my family and friends who did the work on my vehicle so they can go see for themselves and receive work on their cars 🚗 or trucks 🚚 to again thanks so much first car just brought it this year so I am pleased again thanks so much 🙏🏿

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

We asked for a tire rotation, which was not done. We were charged for it. We had to bring it back to find out why it wasn’t done and then get a refund. No communication from anyone about it while I was there. What if I didn’t notice the tires weren’t rotated?
