I was treated with kindness and respect by all the employees. They were quick and efficient. I was so relieved that I could get my headlights replaced, as both of them were out and my regular mechanic is only open Monday through Friday. Jiffy Lube really saved me and I will totally recommend it to others. Thank you!!

telling me my oil was low when it was not I told them the front end of my 98 Lincoln had grease fittings and I wanted it greased they did not do that also trying to sell me new windshield wiper blades when I already had new windshield wiper blades telling me my antifreeze was no good when I know it was I don't like a lot of BS when I'm having my car messed with

The man who talked to me about my car had great ‘people’ skills. He educated me, but wasn’t pushy or condescending. He was genuine and I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to or that my questions were bothersome, both of which I have often felt when at the dealership with my car.
I also appreciated the expediency of the service…boom! In and out!

I’m a long time customer of Jiffy Lube because of the exceptional and kind customer service they give. I use to go to the location on Security Blvd but they closed down. Today i went to the Pikesville location from beginning to end the customer service was top tier. The gentlemen there are so polite, gentle and kind. They treated me with the upmost respect and they explained things from beginning to end to make sure i was comfortable. When i pulled up to the Pikesville location everyone greeted me with a smile. Needless to say this will be my new permanent Jiffy Lube. Thanks guys for the immaculate customer service that you gave me today. I will definitely be returning:)

I always receive excellent service quickly, and the fellas always let me know what service options are available to me at a reasonable price. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, I will continue to use Jiffy lube for all of my service needs!

It's always a wonderful experience the staff is so friendly and professional and explain everything thoroughly if the car has an issue they address it instead of sugar coating things. I always go here for my oil and fluid needs always, I never go anywhere else. Thank you Jiffy Lube for being in my area! Such cost effective and my cars life saving!

Every single technician I came across doing my oil change was extremely professional and pleasant. This Reisterstown location is the only Jiffy Lube I go to consistently because of the great service hats off to all the gentlemen that work there please extend this message to them of me saying thank you for caring for the customers And the outstanding work on vehicles they perform.

Very good service. Helped me when I blew out a tire and were able to get me in within an hour of calling, then swapped the tire quickly. Greg was understanding and knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Would highly recommend.

My car completely broke down after I had $540 worth of work done to my car and I will never use Jiffy Lube again. I should have just got a oil change but the workers there was saying that I needed other things done to my car. I went in on a Saturday and by Tuesday my car was riding ruff and my engine light was blinking. I took it back to this location and they recommended me to a different shop where they told me that my car has different issues and that my car was down and I would need almost $3000 worth of work to get it back in running .
