VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK
I was able to have my car "topped up on fluids" between my oil changes cause my Maintenance Light came on".
I don't like the constant 'upselling' of stuff I don't necessarily need. Sometimes their recommendations are valid, but it's pretty excessive and I have a general policy of saying 'no' to everything (and then maybe think about it later).
What I REALLY don't like is that they go into my glove compartment to remove the air cabin filter. I find this VERY invasive - there are personal things in my glove compartment and I don't like someone rummaging around without my permission. Also, whoever does this usually has greasy hands, and there are often greasy fingerprints on my dashboard as a result.
I don't like that I have to specifically request that someone NOT go into my glove compartment.

They did a oil and brake fluid change in little over an hour. My tire inflation light came on after the
Service, So I took it back and they looked at it. Not sure this will end up but the manager took the time to talk to me and send a service rep to look at it. I appreciated that after sale service.
the guys working there were very nice and started right away on my car.

Send higher level discount coupons more often that don't require a cell phone to access and can be thoroughly printed from a home printer. Avoid sending such major coupons the day after the expensive services are performed, which has no monetary value for the customer who already had the exact same service performed at the maximum price the day before receiving such a coupon.
The staff was very helpful, polite and welcoming.
Followed instructions on type of lube and air pressure for tires. Clean car windows and vac interior. Nice job good staff.
