Tyrell the associate that I dealt with was pleasant and cordial! He helped get me in and out expeditiously and I'm always short on time, so most appreciative
One associate stated there were no coupons or discounts yet the cashier accepted my coupon and discount. When I accepted the car to exit, my gas cover badge was ripped off and sitting in my cup holder and Noone said anything like it was ok! No communication no apologies nothing! Tear my car up and it not your fault. Poor communication and unacceptable behavior!

I have been going to this location, 2nd Street in Laurel, Maryland, since the early 2000's. I have always had good service. The managers and service workers are always helpful and friendly. I appreciate that their explanations are clear and understandable. Also, I appreciate that, regardless of being a woman, things are explained at an even level. I am talked to equally and I'm not talked down to. I recommend this location to my friends. I will continue to have my car serviced at this Jiffy Lube location.
Wvery employee was super nice. I only needed new wipers and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing and very helpful for a senior citizen. I will go back there.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube on and off depending on whether the car I have is under a dealership maintenance plan or not. They are consistently professional, courteous, and fair priced.
I stopped in as my engine coolant overheating light was on. I had previously gotten an oil change at jiffy lube. Jeremy came out and once the engine cooled enough to fill the coolant reservoir. Problem solved. For no charge!!!! With a kind and professional demeanor.

Keys was sitting on table asked front desk lady can she ring me up because i had to go to work. She told me wait for another lady to come back, the other lady never came back. Waited 20 min asked again she finally decided to ring me up after she seen i was getting irritated… that Lightskin lady had a terrible attitude and i will never come back to this exact location!!!!

I only came for an oil change and headlights I was there for almost 4 hours because they have lock my keys in my cay that had cost me more then the oil change because of my apartments for my kids where all miss I will never go back there it was very terrible and not Professional I was never giving a refund or even offered a free oil change for my time and money spent terrible service if they are looked for an rating -8.... my phone number is Phone number removed. $ 172 for 4 hours you should be a shame
