It was raining when I came in. They didn't vacuum my car at all. Didn't do my windows. Just changed the oil and checked over nothing else

This was the second time my tires are filled to different pressures. Right side 38, left side 36. Last time it was the same.

What did you like about your recent visit?

I really appreciated that the additional maintenance was explained in detail, helping me understand why it was important for my car's efficiency. The staff was also very nice and courteous. Great service overall!

What could we do to improve?

I went in to get my 6 month oil fill and left with a $277 bill!!! It was because I didn’t have my engine cleaned until 9/2023 and you guys never mentioned that I should have it changed in 2024.

I first had it changed at Jiffy Lube in 9/2023 and you never even bothered to tell me to have it changed in 2024.

Please stay on top of what I need to have done as I only go to you for car maintenance, so I don’t end up with a huge bill.

I put a 10 on my score board. I don't understand why it says "how did we disappoint"? I gave Jiffy Lube a 10. There is no disappointment. Thank you for your years of excellent service.
