Jiffy lube refused to clean out leaves from the engine compartment that blocked vents at the bottom of the windshield (I pointed this out a couple of times). They said, "We don't do detailing." That's not detailing, it is basic maintenance. Leaves under the hood block water drainage and can start engine fires.

The past 5 times I’ve been there I spend over 160 and I never got a vacuum once like everyone else gets They take stuff out of my engine compartment to show me and the don’t put it back right and I never asked them to do that anyway Black handprints all over my hood and engine housing and tge keys they have clipped on their belts scratch and dig in the seats

An associate was available right when I walked in and immediately assisted me. Greg was efficient and helpful as was the gentleman who checked me out. I received a coupon which prompted me to go to jiffy lube and I’m glad I did.
Never! My husband had a terrible experience yesterday when he was there. We will never go back and Mr Mac needs a training course in customer service and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Beyond disappointed with our experience

Speed and no pressure sales
Second visit. Was told if I purchased the wiper blade they would put on at no charge. When I arrived second visit I asked I was told no charged after waiting inside then was told there was a fee. Each visit is pressure to upsell and I hate it.
