I believe that the attendants name was Rick. He was very pleasant and engaging. Even showed me how to find that online coupon. I was pleasantly surprised that they drove my car to the service bay and I was able to relax outside while the service was being done. Maybe I went there on a slow day but I was in & out in under 30 minutes. My car did have a slight odor of cigarettes smoke when I got back in. The person did roll the windows down to get rid of the smell. Perhaps it was the person who did the interior vacuum etc. Maybe they just got back from a smoke break. Smell was gone in a few minutes but it was a bit unpleasant at first. The interior cleaning? I have had it better at other locations. I was not expecting my car to be detailed BUT other locations did do a better job with that part. Overall I was very pleased with the service. I will be back for my next oil change service

I was treated with special attention, quick service and quality work. I needed a new battery on my Honda Accord XR. This was my first time changing the battery since purchasing my vehicle in January 2018.
15 minutes prior to my arrival, I had just received a hot shot from the GEICO team. I drove down the street from the Owings Mills (FedEx) parking lot to Jiffy Lube in Pikesville. They have changed my oil, breaks & tires for the past 7 years.
So, Instead of having me wait in the outside line of cars or sit in the narrow lobby, the young white dude on staff had me pull my car to the side of the parking lot. He had me then pop my hood. The white male mechanic assessed the battery, allowed me to remain inside of my car as requested, retrieved a comparable battery from the back & installed it within 20 minutes.
Then, the black guy with a long beard took care of my bill at the counter. He searched the Jiffy Lube website from my iphone. He found a great coupon to replace the expired Memorial Day weekend coupons that were emailed to my attention two weeks prior. Now… an original $196.00 job/service bill was decreased to $165.00.
I felt really good about that. I respect how both gentlemen went out of their way to accommodate my service needs and also made me feel good about receiving the unexpected SATURDAY afternoon service.
Though my gym workout was delayed by my car not turning on outside of the FedEx, the fellas at Jiffy Lube really took great care of my needs.
It was quick and efficient. 10 minutes. I was in and out. Love the speed and professionalism!
