Professionalism
Mr Mac and the crew made me feel like family. He's a 49ers fan and so am I. 🤣🤣👍🏾👍🏾#SF. But besides that my service history here has been for the last 7 + years. I'll be coming here for years to come as long as I'm living in the Owings Mills area. 💪🏾💪🏾

Greeted and processed for routine oil change in a timely manner AND was notified of my rear passenger brake light was out - which I did not know of which they fixed.
They gave me good service and checked everything
I informed the mechanics of what I wanted (oil change). When everything was done, I was Quoted a higher price because they completed additional services on my vehicle (cabin air filter change and engine oil treatment), both of these things I did not agree upon before work began. At no point did the mechanic or manager call me or come get me to ask should they proceed with these repairs.
Capable of during almost anything Automobile-related, and if they can't do it, they know where you can get it done. I like the fact that Jiffy Lube gets you in and out quickly and keeps the line moving in a very efficient way. They are not cheap, but they're worth the money.
