Nothing is over looked. Your car or truck is in a good running condition when it is needed at any time...That makes one feel safe at all times. That means a lot to many.......

Prior to performing any services, the manager there did not even go over any concerns or the reason for my visit. He took for granted I was only there for an oil change.

After they performed my oil change, I then had to then tell them to perform a tire rotation. One of your technicians could not get even lift my tire back on, he was struggling, I had to tell the other technicians to help him, I don't want my freaking tire flying off!!

The manager that was taking care of this location had no clue about what his duties were. His customer services was horrible and I am weary about ever bringing my car to this location again!

They were very honest about the maintenance on my vehicle and they didn't recommend over recommend things to be fixed they only told me what needed what was needed

I was charged for the most oil change$99.99 when it should have been the $79.99 oil change. Overcharged me because i was a white female. White man in front got syntheic oil and his was $70.

The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I always feel at ease coming to this location, especially as a younger woman that is often alone during these appointments. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, and the technicians are always honest about their recommendations to keep my vehicle in good shape. Grateful for the Altoona Jiffy Lube staff!

I have used your service for years, but after asking not to be upsold I was anyway. Somewhat insulting.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Also earlier in the day I went to Valvoline who told me that the oil for my car was out of stock... really? So I called Jiffy Lube, they answered the phone and invited me to come over since they had the oil in stock.

I had an unusual situation with a brand new car telling me I had 1% oil left and needed to change the oil immediately. The dashboard had a message to change the oil NOW and froze that message in the screen so I coukd not see any other info on the dash. All the guys at Jiffy Lube were incredibly helpful and diligent about what coukd be going on. They finally changed the oil and all the settings, and attributed it to a faulty service setting that the dealer must have made. It was pretty scary driving the car with a frozen dashboard, but the guys resolved it all.
