I've been with your company for years now and when I have had a problem, like when we ran out of propane, your company responded quickly to get our tank filled, the lines checked and the house warm again. The only thing I didn't like was the email I recently got after a delivery that said I owed over $1000.00. That made my heart stop. When I clicked on the bill that was attached to the email, it said not to pay because I do the prebuy program, but the email never said that, so, like I said, it made my heart stop.

The office person was very helpful and knowledgeable when we called in a bit of a panic as we were a bit low and running the generator. She assured us we would have enough to last until the scheduled fill which was two days later based on her calculations on what we were using perdiem with generator. Nice to have competency!
