Delivery is as scheduled. Driver is always communicative (expected delivery time, etc) and friendly.
We experienced a Carbon Monoxide alert recently and we greatly appreciate the attention, care and quick response from Ashley and Joe Fricker. They acted immediately and continued with follow up calls at our residence as needed, Joe, in particular was able to coordinate with our Heating and AC Contractor to address the issues and take corrective actions.
