Propane is too expensive, but the delivery driver Billy was extremely polite, professional and took the time to make sure our tanks were in good shape before he started filling them, answering all my questions. Very good guy and excellent employee!
I like the customer service provided by Shaina the office administrator in Verona, Va. The service techs who come to clean my stove are always prompt and pleasant. The only complaint I have is last year I was concerned I would run out of propane after the ice storm we had. It took me at least 2 weeks to get a delivery which seems crazy because they are within walking distance of my house. I don't use automatic refills because I use propane mostly for supplemental heat
in case my power goes off and to warm my house up in the mornings. I guess that might make a difference in delivery waits.
