The driver was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He went above and beyond his job. Explained what he was doing and were he had to fill up the oil tank.. OUTSTANDING
The remote meter monitoring and automatic refill scheduling is great. This delivery, our tank got below 20% and I had to email to get a delivery scheduled. It would be better if Superior could monitor the meter and when the tank gets below 30% schedule a delivery the coming month and notify by email so I don't have to check and worry. However, once the delivery was scheduled it happened like clockwork with no disruption to us or neighbors.
