Had a great customer service experience when I called in to order fuel. I had an outstanding credit and she ensured it would be applied. I also had a great experience with the delivery driver. She was very nice and did a great job considering the size and complexity of the property.
The best thing that I like is the fact that you automatically can deliver my propane. I think that is just the greatest. I also like the auto pay that I do not have to worry about whether I paid the bill. Everything goes so smoothly, I thought that I would have to check my tank to see if I needed propane but what if I forget to do it? Thanks , why I like the service . I can see the bill and totals for the delivery on the internet . I have never had any problems with the company or the propane since we moved here in 2006.
