There are a lot of negative reviews about this company, and I think it's the lack of communication during the ordering process. Example, I called and placed an order when the propane dropped below 30%. Usually, delivery is within a week of calling but this took about 3 weeks due to back logged deliveries from previous storms. A simple email would've sufficed or a call to let the customers know there will be a delay. Now I was basically on 5% when they delivered BUT they came on a Sunday afternoon which was a pleasant surprise. Their prices aren't very competitive with smaller family-owned businesses. Customer service needs some work on better communication to their customers. I was told when I run out, they will schedule an emergency delivery, and they wanted to know what other means of heat my home had. It's really none of their business what other forms of heat my home uses. Was this to delay deliveries and put others at the top of the list? Maybe they have one driver and one truck in any given area? That's all fine but COMMUNICATE!
They even canceled a delivery I had scheduled because they said I still had enough propane. Never called me or emailed me to tell me of the cancelation. I called to inform them their Wifi meter wasn't working properly, and I am in fact low on propane. They never fixed it, instead just shut that feature off.
Ordering was easy and delivery was timely considering the wintery conditions that were experienced.

Both the gentleman that came to inspect our tank and Mr. Moody, who filled it up were very nice and efficient. Amanda and Theresa who took my info over the phone were as well. Thank you for retaining such good employees.

Your service is terrible. Have run out of gas 2 times in the past 2 years. So much for your automatic fills. Call your number had to wait on hold over 1 hour to even talk to someone and thy were just a call center. Was 4 days before I got gas. Will say the delivery driver was wonderful. Professional, courteous, and informative. Deciding if I can continue doing business with you.
Budget plan, ability to speak with a person on telephone when tank is low. Ability to contract and opt in for pricing.
We got our Propane delivery from Superior within a week or so after making several requests (via 800 number and On-line website). We were in the middle of a very severe cold spell where the temperatures did not get above freezing for over two weeks and everybody was making emergency requests for propane deliveries.
Our tank was down to 11% but Superior did get us the needed delivery and our tank DID NOT go to Empty. The (Quarles) delivery man was very courteous and apologized for the delay.

The need for propane is monitored by the company and delivered when needed. Jim, the serviceman, is great.

I wish my 250 had a monitor on it, but because so little is used in a year it doesn't matter.

Everyone has been so nice to talk to. Any questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction the delivery man was very nice and the woman that we spoke to on the phone to get all set up for this as a new customer was lovely. She explained everything to me and always returned my calls promptly. I would highly recommend them.
Took a lot of calling but finally got a man to come and fill an empty tank
Took me hours to get a reply so was laborious as house was 46 degrees and the agent couldn’t give me a clue when the fill up would occur so I drove down and back from home in Charlottesville
But at 13:30 AM Saturday he came
