I really like the Customer Service and the fact that they expedited my order as my oil tank was getting very low. The nice gentleman came out and this was in days of my call and filled it up. He was friendly and professional, and I was at home and he gave me the bill and wished me happy holidays. Very happy with Customer Service and quick turnaround.
The online account is easy to negotiate but they should provide refill dates so we do not have to call. It defeats the purpose of auto refill if you have no idea when it will be scheduled.
Easy to order, and the propane came sooner than we were told. That’s good!

I was afraid my ill 88 year old mother was going to run out of fuel. I was on hold 31/2 hours on Monday and had to go . Called back Tuesday morning and was on hold awhile before the recording asked if I wanted to be called when it was my turn. So maybe about an hour my call was returned by the nicest gentleman! I thank the Lord for him and I want to thank him. The next morning my mother had fuel! Thank you sir!
