Every time I have my tank filled, Im greeted by a friendly propane technician. They’re always willing to answer any questions I have. With this current storm (Fern), I asked the technician what was lowest the level of propane tank could be. He was able to answer my question but, added to call when my tank was reading 20-25, to have it refilled, just to be in the safe side.

Large enough tank to handle my whole house demands. Never had to contact to have my tank filled. Only call was in the first year of service which was due to some questions. My service is most critical in the winter due to heating and long power outages. I have never had a reason to call even with a week of operation with my generator.

Great service. I like the fact that my Propane Tank is monitored and filled when needed. I don’t have to worry about calling someone when it gets low. Friendly service. Also being able to monitor my levels by app or internet.
I sent in request for propane delivery and was given up to 14 days. Had storm coming in and Quarles were out 2 days later. We have propane for the storm. Thank you!

Ours is a WEIRD situation, because we were in the process of trying to completely drain the propane gas tank so that the defective gauge. We were just about at that point at the WORSE possible time, considering the impending ice/freezing rain/extended sub-freezing temps. NOT a good time to run out of propane, which is our fuel source for our back-up generator.
Customer service was quick to respond and arranged for a basic supply of propane to carry us through this situation a a bit beyond.

Normally I rather poke my eyes out with a fork than to deal with Quarles, Superior, anyone who bought the mom and pop I actually contracted with but you delivered before the storm on short notice so I will give accolades here due.
Extreme care of the customer
I appreciate that even tho I am on the auto fill plan. Due to consumption and severe weather ahead, I was able to request delivery, and the delivery happened in less than 2 days. We have one less thing to worry about in the coming storm and cold snap.
I called for a propane delivery and was told it could be up to 10 days before they could deliver. It was delivered the next day. Great service.
