Professional drivers, very courteous! One area of improvement would be communication between the scheduling/dispatch. I don’t understand why when calling the operator at Quarles they cannot speak with the dispatch manager. We’ve had problems with not getting deliver within a timely manner; when calling back to inquire when delivery will be made I’ve been told dispatch handles it and there’s no way for them to contact the dispatch office.

I am and have been pleased with Virginia Propane since starting dealing with them. I have one big complaint about their new tank monitor delivery. Last year because of good weather they did not deliver any gas. Because of a non delivery year I was charged an ideal tank charge. I agreed to the plan because it would be more economical for the company, not knowing it wouldn’t be economical for me.
