would have been a 1 if not for excellent support from your weekend driver and your weekend tech. please let me know how you plan to reward them. driver - spent time trying to correct a leek despite having questionable tools and insufficient parts on the truck which was not his. tech - showed up late evening and replumbed regulator to restore propane service.
Have been on recurring service plan for 20+ years and should rate more than 9 months between service without someone checking on refill need status.
Note to the new ownership - pull this kind of customer care from the front office again and not only a 1 review but probably a lost customer.

They responded promptly to my request for a delivery, even though the online portal is so confusing that it left me uncertian until I got an email that a delivery had been made, and I still don't know how they will send me the bill or the amount, or the address to send a check.
The timely delivery.
I appreciate the automatic delivery which precludes running out of gas. Running out during a very cold period is not fun.

We have been long time customers of Dixie Gas and then Quarles Fuels/Dixie Gas since about 1992 which we believe speaks for itself regarding the service and competitive pricing. We smelled propane in 2024 and someone was here from Dixie Gas within an hour, located the problem, made a repair, and tested that location along with all other areas to make sure the problem was corrected. We highly recommend Quarles Fuels/Dixie Gas!

Had a suspected gas leak even though there wasn't a rotten eggs smell. A technician was sent within an hour to investigate. The technician, David, was very thorough and found the leak and told me what I needed to do.
