Ease of use using the computer to schedule and pay bill. However, fill-ups were much faster before the change in your company. Now it takes 14 days to get refills and it was 2 days after calling. No problem once you know to schedule earlier, if needed. We have gas logs and like to use them in the evening to heat the room and for atmosphere.
You exceeded my expectations by delivering prior to the winter storm coming this weekend. I now have backup heating via my gas fireplace if we lose electrical power. Greatly appreciated.
