We have loved Superior Plus Propane for years up until January 21st. I had concerns that we would be running out of propane with this big winter storm coming. I called and spoke to a really nice lady and she told me that we had 44% in our tank and that our ticket was up and we should be receiving propane on the 23rd, which was Friday. Truck did not come so I called again around 2:10 and at 2:35, Regine picked up my call. She sounded as though I was bothering her. She told me our ticket is up for delivery but it has not been assigned to a driver. She can't do anything about it. I went on to your website and got to see our file and tracked the level of our fuel as it went down to 24% on Sunday. Nothing was listed for Monday and early Tuesday morning (6:15 A.M.) a driver brought us 214 gallons of propane and our tank went up 89%. I want to thank him for getting here as I am sure it was not an easy trip from Perkasie to Levittown. I found out that his name is Domenick and I want you all to know he did a great job.
I don't think I was ever as low on fuel as I was this week and I have been with your group since 1990. Please continue to take good care of us. Thank you. Mary Lou Last name removed

Unfortunately, accounting changed my status to will call without my knowledge, ieven though i've been on auto delivery since my account ever existed.Which led to me running out of fuel during the most frigid and harsh times of the ever.
Absolutely outstanding!! We are so grateful for the quick response to our empty propane tank. We called about 8PM and by 9AM the next day a truck pulled up and refilled our propane tank. And in terrible road conditions with all the snow and ice we recently received! Thank you so much! The empty propane tank affected our hot water, range/oven, fireplace and heating the house.
When l called and requested a delivery the weather and my lane was not the greatest the snow was packed down and made it icy. To my surprise the delivery was in a day. Can't beat that. Thanks too you guys and the driver

Deliver Service has been very good-

Fill my needs
We (almost) ran out of propane and we called at 6 am Friday morning. A snow storm was predicted to arrive on Saturday night. SuperiorPlus Propane came to deliver propane 2 hours after I called. Can’t beat that service!
