One thing I DONT like is that when I try to call to order propane is that no one answers the phone. I had to drive to the Verona location which is closest to me just to order propane so I wouldn't miss out on the summer price special. The lady that I talked to gave me her direct number for the next time that I need to order propane.I talked to someone in New York and she was supposed to call me back but never did. I have the option of going other places as I own my own tank, so you need to fix the problem with people answering when someone calls. It has probably cost you money as people will just go somewhere us.

Except for requirements to do 'most' everything online (since I'm basically computer-illiterate) all services are sensational! Promptness of service & billing - great! My preference is to speak to another human than to communicate with Ai.

Came when I call to be refilled. I ordered 160 gallons this last time but only got 110. That only filled my tank to 80%. Not happy about that.

Recently there has been a huge improvement in service - telephones are answered and problems are dealt with. Don't know what happened - after Quarles was sold it was impossible to reach anyone local and no one responded to messages. But I've found people really easy to reach and deal with as I prepare to move - and I really appreciate this and have been telling neighbors what good service you provide now.
